In the glass

Lake-cooled and lighthearted — white flowers, pear and almond, with the bitter-almond snap typical of Custoza. Fresh, tender and succulent.

How it was made

15-50 year old vines rooted in moraine soil. Cover crop planted in vineyards to increase soil fertility and promote biodiversity. Several months of aging in stainless steel before bottling.
